At UnBossed Apparel., we are committed to ensuring our customer's privacy. We DO NOT sell or exchange names or any other information about our online customers, with third parties. During the ordering process it is necessary for us to place a small cookie on your computer. This is the way we can collect all your purchases, total them and transmit to the server at one time (in our shopping cart). Otherwise, you'd have to select, purchase and pay for each item one-by-one. It is necessary for you to have your browser set to allow cookies or our shopping cart will not be able to recognize your selected purchases. When obtaining information from you, we ask for only the information we need to provide the service you've requested. For customers who make a purchase at UnBossed Apparel., we do keep track of information volunteered during the order process; however, this information remains confidential. Indemnification

The customer will indemnify and hold harmless UnBossed Apparel from any and all losses, cost expense, and damages on any and all manner of claims, demands, actions, and proceeding that may be instituted against UnBossed Apparel on the grounds alleging that said designs or artwork violates any copyright or any proprietary right of any person or entity.

 

Guarantee

If any item is found to be defective, it will be replaced. UnBossed Apparel must be contacted via email for a Return Authorization before defective merchandise may be returned.  We must be notified with 72 hours of delivery if an item is defective and it must be unworn.  Orders returned without permission will be refused. In the event a refund is granted we will issue the refund in the form of store credit to use on a future purchase. Store credit never expires. It will be minus shipping costs unless an error is made by us. Unwanted purchases are not returnable.

 

Lost/Stolen Packages

We will not be responsible for orders lost by shipping carriers. We will do out best to assist and locate packages but once an item has been shipped and we verify we shipped it to the address provided we can not be held liable. Any order that is returned to us and needs to be reshipped due to improper address on your part or failure to claim will result in the recharging of the shipping costs to get the package back to you. Refunds will not be issued due to shipments being returned due to address errors.

 

Refund/Exchanges

All apparel sales are FINAL. We do not offer return/exchanges on apparel and custom merchandise. All apparel items are made custom for each order and as a result we are unable to offer return/exchange options. Orders returned without permission will be refused.

Price Adjustments

All prices are subject to change without notification. We occasionally run promotion prices as incentives or limited time opportunities for qualifying purchases made during the promotional time period. Due to the time sensitive and promotional nature of these events, we only offer price adjustments on orders place the same day of the sale or discount offer. Promos and sales can not be combined.
